Accessing the Unifi Client Portal

Use this article to assist you in accessing the Unifi portal used by Ashe Cosgrove to manage client's Unifi network stack.

  1. Login to your Ashe Cosgrove LastPass portal.
  2. In the search field at the time, copy and past this search, ACI - ubnt.com.
  3. Click on the Launch button to take you to the Unifi portal login page.  User name and password may automatically fill in.  If not do the following;
             a. Right-click on the highlighted LastPass search result and choose "Copy Username" and                    past that into the Email or Username field on the portal login page.
             b. Right-click on the highlighted LastPass search result and choose "Copy Password" and                    past into the password field on the portal login page.

4. Once you hit sign-in button, an "Enter Authentication App Code" will be requeste.

5. Return to the LastPass search results, right-click again and select copy TOTP.  Past that into the fields and the sight will automatically load.
