Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user are not allowed

This article will walk you through how to resolve the multiple connections error for mapped drives.

1. One the workstation open CMD and run as Administrator. (This is very import)

2.  At the prompt type the following: 

       a. net stop workstation /y and hit Enter.

       b. net start workstation and hit Enter

3. Now try and remap the drive letter.
